【Possible Causes and Suggested Measures】

2.Please check spam folder or other folders.
3.Please check the filtering settings of your e-mail address.
Authentication e-mails will be sent with the domain "email@example.com".
If you have blocked PC e-mail, you may not be able to receive the e-mail.
Please allow the "firstname.lastname@example.org" domain and try again.
*Please refer to the website or instruction manual of your cell phone company or e-mail service for the domain setting, as the method of operation differs depending on the e-mail application you are using.
4.If you mainly use carrier email (e.g. @docomo.ne.jp,@ezweb.ne.jp,@softbank.ne.jp), please check your email settings.
Following types of mails might be denyed from being recieved.
・e-mails with URLs
・emails sent via the Internet or spoofed emails.
*Please also check your mailbox settings for other types of e-mails as well, as you may not be able to receive them due to mail sorting settings or insufficient mailbox capacity.
*If you are still unable to receive e-mail even after checking or changing your e-mail settings and entering an available e-mail address, please contact your cell phone company or e-mail service regarding your e-mail settings.
