How to Sign Up for a Free Trial

WRESTLE UNIVERSE offers a 1-week free trial for new members only.

If you are eligible for the free trial, you can sign up with the free trial applied by completing SMS (phone number) verification before subscribing.

Please follow the steps below to create an account, complete SMS verification, and set up your payment method.

How to sign up for a free trial

1. Go to WRESTLE UNIVERSE (https://wrestle-universe.com).
    
2. Select the [Start Your Free Trial] button at the top of the page.
   
    
3. On the sign-up page, press the [New users Sign Up] button and choose your preferred sign-in method.
   You will use the method you choose here to log in from now on.
   
    

4. Sign up using the method you selected.

   - Google
   Press the [Sign up with Google] button and log in to Google with your Google account.
   

   - Apple
   Press the [Sign up with Apple] button and sign in to Apple with your Apple Account.
   

   - Email address
   Enter the email address and password you want to register, then press the [Send verification code] button.
   
    

5. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address and press the [Confirm] button.
   
    

6. Enter the phone number where you will receive the SMS, then press [Send SMS verification code].
   *If you are eligible for the free trial, the screen below will appear.
   

   *If you do not receive the SMS verification code, please check the following:
   - The phone number you entered is correct.
   - Spam message filters or SMS blocking are not enabled.
   - You are in an area with signal reception.
   - Phone numbers that cannot receive SMS cannot be used.
   - If you are using the app, please update it to the latest version.
   After checking the above, please wait a while and then try resending the verification code.

   *If "This phone number is already in use" appears
   Each phone number can be used to verify only one account, so a phone number that has already been used for verification cannot be used again.

   If you still do not receive the verification code after trying the above, please contact us via the [contact form], including the error message displayed, the country of the phone number you entered, and your device and browser environment.
    

7. Enter the verification code you received and press [Verify via SMS and Continue].
   
    

8. Select your payment method on the payment settings screen.
   Once you complete SMS verification, the free trial will be applied. Please confirm that it has been applied before setting up your payment method.

   - Browser
   For [Credit Card], enter your credit card details and press the [Register with Credit Card] button.
   For [PayPal], you will be redirected to PayPal's site. Please complete the process on that page.
   
    

   - App
   Press [Continue to payment] on the SMS verification complete screen.
   
   In-app purchase options will appear at the bottom of the screen.

   If you installed the app from the Google Play Store, you can pay with [Google Play billing]. If you installed the app from Apple's App Store, you can pay with [App Store payment].
   Follow the in-app purchase instructions on the screen to complete the process.
    

9. Your registration is now complete.
   Please check My Page to confirm that the trial period has been applied.

   *If the free trial has not been applied even though you completed SMS verification
   - Please make sure you are logged in to the account you used for SMS verification.
   If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us via the [contact form], including your registered email address, your device and browser environment, and as much detail as possible about the sign-up steps you followed.

*On the web, after you finish registering your payment method, you will receive an email from "noreply@wrestle-universe.com" with the subject "[WRESTLE UNIVERSE] UNIVERSE Membership registration is complete". Please keep it for your records.
*If you use email filtering, please set it to allow emails from "@wrestle-universe.com".
*For in-app purchases, you will receive a receipt email from Google or Apple. Please keep it for your records.

Important Notes

*The 1-week free trial is available to first-time members only. During the trial period, you can use WRESTLE UNIVERSE for free.
*When the free trial ends, your membership will automatically switch to the monthly plan (UNIVERSE Membership).
*The only monthly plan available is ¥1,298/month (tax included) (¥1,300/month tax included for payments via the App Store or Google Play). You can cancel your plan at any time.
*If you sign up with the free trial applied, you will not be charged at sign-up. Renewal and billing for the next period will begin before the trial ends (24 hours before the renewal date). If you wish to cancel, please turn off auto-renewal and complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date.
*If you have registered in the past, you are not eligible for the free trial.
