To ensure fair use of our free trial, WRESTLE UNIVERSE has introduced SMS (phone number) verification when subscribing.
■ Who needs to verify
Accounts that have never subscribed to WRESTLE UNIVERSE before (accounts eligible for the free trial).
■ Who does not need to verify
SMS verification is not required for users who were already on or had already used the free trial when this feature was introduced, or for accounts that have previously subscribed to WRESTLE UNIVERSE.
■ Differences between the web and the app
- Web: SMS verification is required if you want to use the free trial. It is not required if you subscribe without the free trial. In that case, there is no free trial period, and you will be charged as soon as you subscribe.
- App: From version 3.8.9 onward, accounts eligible for the free trial must complete SMS verification when subscribing. In the app, eligible accounts cannot choose to subscribe without the free trial, so if you would prefer to subscribe without SMS verification, please do so on the web.
■ How we use your phone number
The phone number you enter is used only for SMS verification and to confirm fair use of the free trial. It will not be used for any other purpose.
■ Users outside Japan
SMS verification is not available in some countries. If the following error message appears, SMS verification cannot be used with your phone number, and the free trial will not be available.
